Is this a bad idea?
While you are losing weight and have more time from not working, do more exercise, then cut back when you are at your goal weight and have less time? Or exercising to begin with, then stopping forever? or will it screw up your metabolism?
Can you be thin/slim/in shape and still get enough to eat?
I watched a documentary called "Embrace" and a few former models claimed when they were at their peak, they were always starving, eating cotton balls dipped in gaterade to stay slim and completely miserable. But then I see people on mfp who are small and happy, people who have gone from a large size to a size xs or…
How much weight do you lose each week?
What was your starting weight/bmi? What is your diet/fitness profile weight loss set as?
What is the best device for tracking your steps?
I have a fitbit versa 2. It often doesn't sync with my phone and I had to update it a few weeks ago and it took over an hour. It often doesn't sync to the fitbit website until the evening which is very annoying. I don't know whether the problem is with my phone, or with my fitbit. What devices are accurate? would I be…

What should I eat to stretch my calories out? I feel like I'm starving when I don't get extra calories from walking 10,000-20,000 steps. What threads talk about this?
How much can I expect to lose each week if...?
I set it to lose 0.25kg, 0.5kg or 1kg? is it accurate? My weight is currently 115.5kg. Will I lose weight faster because my weight is higher, or only if I set it to lose 1kg? I think the calorie loss is too aggressive, but I really want to lose 5kg by my birthday in mid October. Thanks
Is this normal?

I had trouble controlling my cravings, and ignored the fact that I had just worked really hard to burn off calories. As a result, I didn't lose any weight. I'm thinking about getting a personal…
Sugar in drinks
Just found out the chocolate powdered drink I have several times a day, has 28g of sugar in it, with the amount I use. Omg! That being said, the chilled chocolate milk drinks at the supermarket have up to 55g of sugar for 200mls of milk, so it's slightly better. The rubbish I put in my body. I'm going to have to cut this…
How does eating healthy look compared to just counting calories?
I'm at loggerheads with my family whom want me to do keto/fasting and cut out carbs and processed foods forever. I'm happy with counting calories, but I have trouble sticking with it.
Girl with aspergers, bipolar, adhd hoping to make friends
Hi. I'm a Christian girl living in New Zealand. I have about 150lbs to lose. I would like to meet some like minded people that maybe suffer from similar health conditions, have to take lots of pills everyday, watch their weight climb due to increased appetite on meds or just as a side effect or are standing on the…
