Is this a bad idea?
While you are losing weight and have more time from not working, do more exercise, then cut back when you are at your goal weight and have less time? Or exercising to begin with, then stopping forever? or will it screw up your metabolism?

What should I eat to stretch my calories out? I feel like I'm starving when I don't get extra calories from walking 10,000-20,000 steps. What threads talk about this?

How much can I expect to lose each week if...?
I set it to lose 0.25kg, 0.5kg or 1kg? is it accurate? My weight is currently 115.5kg. Will I lose weight faster because my weight is higher, or only if I set it to lose 1kg? I think the calorie loss is too aggressive, but I really want to lose 5kg by my birthday in mid October. Thanks

Just found out the chocolate powdered drink I have several times a day, has 28g of sugar in it, with the amount I use. Omg!
