600 DAYS!!!
Six- hundred days of logging in my meals! I am 68 Years of age so I don’t do the fitness routines, but I walk a mile every day with my dog. I joined a senior fitness group but am not consistent. It took me 18 months to lose 40 pounds, now I want to keep it off. But 600 days! I am so jazzed! 😄

Today is my 588th day logging into MFP. Keeping track of what I eat including macros and calories, as well as the amount of water I drink, kept me on course. The only exercise I record is walking. My A1C is now 9.5, my weight runs between 150-155 lbs. I am aware of what I eat because I have to record it. My dietician enjoys using the program to view my eating habits. Good tool.
