588 Days!

Today is my 588th day logging into MFP. Keeping track of what I eat including macros and calories, as well as the amount of water I drink, kept me on course. The only exercise I record is walking. I looked into the exercise activity and it is for young people, not plump grandmas. The meals are new age, I might try them, but not regular. I am 5’ tall and my scale runs between 150-155 lbs.thank you MyFitnessPal for your program. It works.
