I felt today I needed a coffee before my workout and i so addicted to caffeine that i ended up not working out because i was just enjoying my coffee. It doesn't give me energy anymore, just makes me lazy because i sit for like 1h to take it. Do you want to quit cold turkey? Add me as friends and let's do it! :)
