sugar goal?
whenever i log my food, sometimes (a lot) i get this small orange print under the entry that says 'your sugar goal is to stay under ....' I've mainly been focusing on calorie count only, but is this suggestion significant for my weight loss goal??

exercise shame
just getting started over here, and i am so out of shape! i am ashamed that i can't even finish a workout. Burn 100 calories easy
It's too rainy to walk or garden. My muscles are SOOOO sore from my HIIT routine and I can't bare to do another one. What's an easy way to burn 100 calories so I can stay at my goal?
