Burn 100 calories easy

It's too rainy to walk or garden. My muscles are SOOOO sore from my HIIT routine and I can't bare to do another one. What's an easy way to burn 100 calories so I can stay at my goal?

    Find a walking video online like Leslie Sansome's and do 30-45 minutes or just do low impact aerobics like marching in place, side steps, kicks, grapevine, etc. to music on your own.
