Pains and injuries
Hi All! I joined a gym and during the assessment I hurt my knee. Most of the time was spent chatting instead of seeing my fitness level (but maybe because it’s non existent). I really hope I can work out. Has anyone had to increase their fitness with pain and injuries? How did you manage?

Cutting the grass
Who knew I’d peak out my heart rate at 207 cutting the grass!!! I had to rest after that. It’s hard work wearing two long sleeve shirts and a few hoods in the sun with foot tall underbrush. See on the other side of that log? It’s deeeeeeeep!
