Cutting the grass

Who knew I’d peak out my heart rate at 207 cutting the grass!!! I had to rest after that. It’s hard work wearing two long sleeve shirts and a few hoods in the sun with foot tall underbrush. See on the other side of that log? It’s deeeeeeeep!

    Yes, it's a real struggle to mow the lawn when it's really tall. I've watched my neighbors struggle with this. My partner is a bit OCD about the lawn and does it weekly*, so it takes him way less time than it does them - less than half the time, in fact, and he weed-whacks thoroughly while they do not.

    * Normally in July/August he can cut back to every other week, but it rained so much this summer that this was not the case.
