Newbie here, more newbie than I thought!
Decided to give this try as per a suggestion of a friend. Last month (Feb) I set a personal goal of 30 miles (yeah, that's total miles in one month). Hahaha! Boy I am newbie! Anyone have suggestions for helping lose weight with health limitations on exercise? Ascending aortic aneurysm and chronic kidney disease stage 3
I retired 2 years ago and was ready to be active and free. Then my doc said I should have wellness exams.
