Anyone have suggestions for helping lose weight with health limitations on exercise? I have been recently diagnosed with an ascending aortic aneurysm (balloon in the big artery on top of my heart) and was told to keep exercise low impact and limit weights to 5 pounds (that sounds so wimpy I'm embarrassed!). Help appreciated!

Oh! Hello!
Well, low impact …. Chair exercise. Resistance training but keep the resistance low. There’s lots of options.

This group is not terribly active but I hope to either change that, or I will start a new group and make it active. 😇

I was on low impact when I was pregnant due to complications. Water aerobics and aqua zumber were great for that but I won't try it without consulting with your physician first.
