Newbie here, more newbie than I thought!

Decided to give this try as per a suggestion of a friend. Last month (Feb) I set a personal goal of 30 miles (yeah, that's total miles in one month). Hahaha! Boy I am newbie! Made just over 17 miles in 1 month, I'm walking (in some hills when the snow wasn't around) ~ 3 to 3.5 mph with varying times. I have a long stride.
So for March I set another goal of 20 miles. Sounded doable. I 'wan' 35 miles! 😳 OK, March is a longer month. But not that much longer!
So I got bold enough to try joining this group. (Don't laugh too hard.)
I'm not going to try to double my miles again in one month, but I will try to run more, I'm interested in the interval walk/run I'm hearing about.
So that's my story. Didn't start April well, dealing with some changing meds. Here goes:
April 1: 0.59 miles
April 2: 1.11 miles
April 3: 0.49 miles
I need to figure out how to use the ticker and get a BBCode
