Since trying to lose weight I’ve been eating a lot of eggs for breakfast. That being said good for some reasons I check and 235 cholesterol for 1 egg. Ugh I’m a meat and potatoes type of eater so difficult to find things healthy to eat that I enjoy the taste.
Was listed as 100 grams of sugar which put me way over my limit. Any thoughts ? I’m sure it doesn’t it seems I need to choose a little different food since I make my calories goal then I review and other nutrition levels are over.
Hi I’m Jim and since August 25 I’ve lost 7 pounds. I’m thinking I should lose another 8 pounds to reach goal weight.
