Lost some weight now…

I’m trying to maintain certain weight with healthy food. I need a plan/ menu so Im not deciding when it’s time to eat. Then I will fall back on bad habits and not so healthy food. Male over 50 light activity level hoping to move to moderate safely without injury.

  • I would suggest listing out the whole foods you like and can live with eating for the rest of your life and build your own eating plan from there. That's the problem with "diets" in my opinion, each person has unique likes and dislikes.
    You can also have a meal prep one day a week, on a day where your willpower is not being worn down, so that you have things ready to go.
