Hi everyone hope to meet some nice helpful people that can guide me through this change. I recently decided to lose some weight since COVID, I had gained a substantial amount. Since joining I have lost 31 pounds! My problem now is to maintain a desired weight with good food and exercise to displace it properly not all around my waist. Also need to slowly incorporate exercise since this has not be in my daily routine for decades. FYI I’m over 50.

Over 50 is no problem.
Exercise is great for your body. At our age, strength training AND aerobics are beneficial. Start slow. Enjoy it. As far as weight management, it's about how much you eat. If you've already lost 30, you understand how it works. Keep doing what you're doing, and continue to make subtle changes to your goals and your calorie allotment as your mass decreases. It just takes less fuel to move a smaller body around.0
