Earlier I thought I should take a break on working out and just take a minute to be with myself and my niece while she is in town for the summer and shortly after thinking that I started feeling bad about it. Whenever people on my friends list post pictures, I’m getting into an error that tells me to try again. I click the link but the picture still doesn’t load.

Can you post pictures without selecting progress photo?
I see so many people posting pictures and I just have to wonder, are everyone using the progress photo feature? Or is there some way to code to add the picture to a status post? I use my phone as I don’t have a personal computer-could that be why I can’t post photos? Please haaallllp!! 🥰

After walk numbness?
Do any of you experience a static like feeling in your feet after you go for a walk? I have my feet elevated but they’re still tingling and it’s uncomfortable. Any suggestions?? I only walked a mile. 🧐

Rest day restlessness
Do any of you experience restlessness on your rest day? I’m relaxing my body, but my body wants to get up and move! I took a walk earlier and for a couple of hours I felt good. Now I’m feeling restless again! Any tips on what you guys do on rest day?

I need a community.
I really have the desire to become healthy, but it’s hard to stay on track! Today is my third day in a row of working out with tomorrow being a rest day, I’m scared after rest day I’m going to stop altogether. If you see this, add me and let’s motivate each other!!
