Poll: How much do you 'gain' on average the days before your period starts?
I'm curious to see if there's an average that people who menstruate tend to gain (on the scale) in hormonal bloat? Every month when I'm actively weighing myself it always throws me off so seeing other people's answers will help me be more objective I think.

Ok so usually, I walk between 3-4000 steps a day when I'm not working. That's my base level of activity. When I work a double shift at work (10-12 hours) I do around 12,000 steps. Sometimes closer to 20,000 if it's really busy and I'm charging around. I don't break a sweat, its walking. I'm on my feet for the entire time…
