I need suggestions for snacks. I get 128 calories bur even though I am eating fruit or plain yogurt I end up way over. Suggestions?

Bad day
4 days .i was doing so good and then....almost 2500 calories. Now yup....feeling really guilty. Getting it back together and tomorrow's a new day right?

Snack ideas
Just starting. Trying hard but seem to go over my calories or under by 50 - 100. Looking at my snack calories, it looks like I get a needs to improve. I get 128 calories for snacks. Ideas are greatly appreciated.

Help figuring calories
I made a "quinoa, black bean, corn filling for making my lunch into a wrap. I used 1 cup of quinoa, can of corn, can of black beans. Can someone help me figure the calories? I have been on this weight loss journey for several years and have been successful.
