New to the app

I have been on this weight loss journey for several years and have been successful. I have started exercising etc. I seem to have come to a complete stop or I lose 3 and gain 3 no matter how hard I try. According to my Dr. I should be getting 1200 calories. I eat little processed food. Mainly fresh. I however always seem to go over the 1200 up to 1600 a day. Hopefully by joining and reading what others have to say will help.
