Snacks

I need suggestions for snacks. I get 128 calories bur even though I am eating fruit or plain yogurt I end up way over.

Suggestions?

    A snack is meant to be pretty small. I like bell pepper with ranch. A few potato chps maybe? A boiled egg? But I don't really snack.

    Apple, pear, string cheese, hardboiled egg, 100-calorie pack of crispy broad beans or nuts or some similar thing, cut up veggies with hummus or seasoned Greek yogurt dip, Yasso frozen Greek yogurt bar, prunes, mini Kind bar . . . .

    Or, reallocate some meal calories to snack time, and maybe make sure your snack has a little nutrition in it. There's nothing sacred about calorie timing through your eating day: For fat loss, only the calorie total matters. Timing-wise, whatever keeps you full and happy, helps you stick to your calorie goal - that's fine.
