I’ve lost 5ibs within two weeks by cutting out junk food and exercising religiously. Just another 50ibs to go. I hope to achieve back to what I was 5 years ago @ 185ibs / 24 BMI. (I’m 32 years old and 6’ tall)

Weigh yourself daily or weekly?
Do you prefer to weigh yourself every day or once every week? (I personally weigh myself every Monday morning as that’s the only day of the week I choose to have a rest day. I like to see my weight loss progress look like a nosedive rather than a zigzag.)
