I’m a 32yo male. 6’ 0”. Currently 239lbs. BMI is 32.
Plymouth, UK

I have just started on my way to losing 60lbs and get my BMI to a healthy 25 by the end of the summer. I have cut my calorie intake from 2,000 to 1,500 per day and I am burning 1,200 cal per day by indoor cycling.

I was 185lbs in 2015, but I have put the weight on due to depression and medication side effects.

There is no need to eat that low amount and many good reasons not to.

How many hours a day indoor cycling to burn 1200 and are you eating back that estimate?

1.5 hours a day. I’m not eating back the estimate. Today I ate 1,400 calories and burned 1,200 calories exercising.

That's simply crazy to net just 200 calories, what a dreadful thing to do to your body.
Hope you reconsider, crash dieting is not the way to lose weight healthily and health should be your #1 priority.

You do know that exercise isn't the only thing that burns calories?
(It's not even the biggest part of your total calorie needs.)
