Do you prefer to weigh yourself every day or once every week?
(I personally weigh myself every Monday morning as that’s the only day of the week I choose to have a rest day. I like to see my weight loss progress look like a nosedive rather than a zigzag.)

Neither. Periodically, but less structured than daily or weekly.0

Daily for me. I don't mind the zigzag, it's educational. And weekly would still be zigzag at my current rate of loss, with more data points it's easier to spot my actual weight trend.1
