Snacks for the cold season?
I was habitually scheduling ice cream and freezies for my snacks during the summer. Now that it's getting colder out, I'm having trouble transitioning. I'm surprised MFP hasn't recalculated the amount of calories I can eat as I lose weight. I notice the amount of calories burned on the same walk gets less and less as I weigh in at less weight.
