I'm amazed. I started this journey in August with 60 lbs. to lose. Here we are in March and I only have 6 more lbs. to go. My original goal was losing the 60 lbs by mid-July. It looks like I'll be there by April, which is three months early.

My goal was to weigh myself every single day if possible and make the proper log, along with proper meal entries, and in so doing, didn't lose sight of the goal while creating rewarding meals. Also, getting the progressive milestone congrats on the app are a huge incentive/reward.

I'll likely stay on the program during maintenance training. Thanks so much MyFitnessPal for seeing me through.

Nice job. Yes stick with counting after you meet your goat it’ll keep you accountable. People make the mistake of going back to their old eating habits after they meet their goal and then they put weight back on. If you keep counting it really helps prevent that

Definitely stay on the program when you hit Maintenance like Tom said

I'm in Maintenance and have been for a month. The program keeps me on track. So far I've lost a couple pounds since I hit my goal. I know that wouldn't be the case if I stopped

People say they don't have time to take the 5 minutes a day to track calories but have plenty of time to surf the net and look at pictures of cats. Or "It's too OCD to keep counting" then they bit*h about gaining the weight back.
