Stuck for a reason

OMG. Finally I got to 20 lbs lost. I got to 18 lbs., then was fluctuating for two weeks with no weight loss and am finally losing again. I gave myself extra calories because I was feeling a bit weak doing the yard work, and then had two large meals after that (stayed in my calorie count for one day and went over 100 for Thanksgiving supper), and ended up with a maintenance weight. I'm back to feeling good and returned to the original calorie allocation and will see how it goes. I notice I have to be hungry to lose weight but feeling weak after a workout (yard work) made me take a break.
