F'n ridiculous there are 6 different entries for Philadelphia Cream cheese, for example, all with GREEN CHECKS 1 of which is correct and matches the manufacturer's information. For as much as you charge for pro plan this is unacceptable.

Does it matter? Question about type of exercise.
I am trying to figure out if I am doing right by me. I am 'exercising' at least 3 days a week if not more. And all I am trying to do is exercise. I am not really looking to build muscle, but if I gain some I am cool with that. I am just trying to be steady and do 45minutes to an hr and 15 minutes of 'exercise' 3 to 5 days…

What food have you had to entirely forgo?
I have found that I had to give up hummus. I like it too much and eat way to much of it when its around. It is so calorie dense and delicious. I can blow my entire day's calories on one 8oz tub and a sleeve of Ritz™.

I am two months in on attempt to lose weight. I have lost 40 pounds. And I haven't noticed any visual changes. My scale, the doctor's scale, and the scale at the gym all say I've lost weight. How do you count your chickens before they roost.
So I love chicken as my protein. But I wonder if I am counting it correctly for my records. I usually cook the chicken and then weigh it, eat it, and weigh the bones and subtract that from the original number. How do you count your chicken or other meats?
