Beginning Strength Training
I used to strength train regularly and was in good shape, but due to chronic illness I put it aside. I'm trying to start back, using light weights to begin with. This will be a long haul, but I know it is beneficial, and something I need, so here goes!

Progress Report
I don't know if this could be categorized as an actual progress report, as this is my first day using MFP. But this is where I'm beginning, at 231 lbs, with a target weight of 185. I will post photos once a week, just to see how I'm doing, and I hope some of you will help to hold me accountable.

My goal is to loose one pound per week, but as of yesterday, I have lost five pounds in the past 10 days! Can't tell a change in the photo, but I thought this deserved one!
