Progress Report

My goal is to loose one pound per week, but as of yesterday, I have lost five pounds in the past 10 days! Can't tell a change in the photo, but I thought this deserved one!

    You will often get a rush of weight drop initially. Initial weight loss is usually water weight, from what I understand, from changing the foods you eat. If you keep going, you'll lose the weight you want.
