I’ve managed 11 days logging in and recording everything I’ve eaten however tonight I’ve had rather a lot to drink and lost count of the number of pints I’ve consumed, am I wrong to say @“&£ it and I’ll start again tomorrow?

Eat less of what I like or change altogether?
