I’ve managed 11 days logging in and recording everything I’ve eaten however tonight I’ve had rather a lot to drink and lost count of the number of pints I’ve consumed, am I wrong to say @“&£ it and I’ll start again tomorrow?

Start again as soon as you can. If that's now/today, do it now/today. F it until tomorrow easily becomes tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow . . . .
Estimate how many pints you drank, and log them, too. Close will do, since you lost count.
If you consider this something you'd rather not repeat, figure out how to revise your plan in ways that'll make the over-consuming less likely going forward. By contrast, if you think the many pints were worthwhile, figure out how you're going to work the periodic many-pints events into your average calorie intake over time (and figure out how to keep count of them).
. . . assuming you have weight goals, and truly mean to achieve them, anyway.2 -
One day a week, your ok, two days a week your still working with good intentions, 3 days a week, then you might want to toss the idea that health and weight loss is a priority and assume and acknowledge, weight will be gained, and without complaining about it. Apparently that worked for a person in my orbit. Anyway, one day is meaningless. cheers1
