Calories in Alcohol
I'm from the UK and I know food packaging is required to have calories and nutrition information labelled clearly, a lot also using the traffic light kinda system to clearly show nutritional values in each serving. Alcohol however doesn't need to adhere to this packaging. I'm a student and don't drink more than once every…

Under 25s
Hi I'm Benny, 20 and a student. Not to be weird or shame anyone about age but I'm curious if there's many younger people using the app as I see a lot of older adults reaching out. Vegetarian Meals/Recipes

I'm definitely proud of myself. I never want to be over 100kg again if I can help it. It's just when I realise that I've got another 25-30 to…

Workout partners/accountabilibuddys
Hi just curious do people prefer working out by themselves or with a partner or group or even trainer? I have made quite a bit of progress over the summer by myself but I do miss working out with my uni's weightlifting society - I just find it more fun and energising and I have people to correct my form etc. For privacy I…

Working Past Injury
I have a long term issue with my shoulder. I do strengthening exercises with a resistance band every night before bed and it has helped but only minimally. I've tried going to physiotherapy but there's only so much they can do. I really enjoy Olympic weightlifting but it has been frustrating to stagnate due to this injury…
