10kg down... So much more to go

Anyone else reach that first milestone only to realise there's so much more to go?
Like this week I weighed in at under 100kg
after around 2.5 months, meaning I've lost over 10kg. I'm definitely proud of myself. I never want to be over 100kg again if I can help it. It's just when I realise that I've got another 25-30 to reach my goal it becomes kinda overwhelming, especially when I know school starts back next month so I'll barely have any time for workouts or meal prep.
Anyone got any advice for staying motivated? Tysm
