Is there a way to add exercise without it adding the calories to your daily total. I feel it gives me license to eat all of them, and I really don't want to.

No HRM?
If you do not have a HRM, how do you count your exercise calories? I am seriously considering not eating them back at all until I can get a FitBit. I only try to eat 50% right now, but stuck in my loss.

So frustrated
I feel stuck at 150! I have been 150 practically all summer, gained 6 lbs on vacation, lost than and a bit more. Last two weeks the 1.5 more came back on and I am just stuck there. I hate when I am doing the right things and not losing. I am gained muscle and inches, but damn the scale!
