Is there a way to add exercise without it adding the calories to your daily total. I feel it gives me license to eat all of them, and I really don't want to.

I eat all of mine. Can I get a license to eat the ones you don't want?0

If your calorie burns are accurate and you eat them all, you'll still be hitting your deficit and losing at the rate you indicated to MFP you want to lose.
To answer your question, you can enter the exercise as 1 calorie.0
