Eat more when exercising?
Hi! I’m on a 1400 calorie a day plan to lose 1.5 lbs a week. I swam laps for 35 minutes today, and I am going to play basketball tonight which burns about 700 calories according to my Fitbit. Should I eat something extra? Or just enjoy the bigger calorie deficit?
