Breakfast today
Old fashioned oats, almond milk equal parts, bacon bits 7grams, no sugar added peanut butter 2 tbsp, avocados 1 cup. And 3 packets of truvia. Very filling.

Dinner Toni
It looks weird but actually good. Peppered pollock, with avocados, spinach, bacon, grated Parmesan and Primal Kitchen Alfredo sauce. Very tasty goes great on low carb tortillas as well

Intermittent Fasting
So I’ve already seen myself down 8 pounds from my starting weight after a month. I’m adding in the tactic of intermittent fasting now as well. I work nights so I start my fast at 5 am after I eat my Breakfast which is my dinner. And fast 12 hours at a time. What are your thoughts about it?

7 pounds down
Well I’m 7 pounds down to my goal weight since getting back into the journey. Still have a lot to go but already feeling better.
