So I’ve already seen myself down 8 pounds from my starting weight after a month. I’m adding in the tactic of intermittent fasting now as well. I work nights so I start my fast at 5 am after I eat my Breakfast which is my dinner. And fast 12 hours at a time. What are your thoughts about it?

I think 16:8 is better. But for me too, I can manage mostly 12:12 as my schedule is variable. Although, I am planning 16:8 from today or 1st feb. let’s see 👍0
