43 years old. Most my life was partying and never caring what I ate or did. The last year or so I’ve been learning how to eat better and exercise. Down almost 20lbs while seeing muscle growth. I’m new to this app. It is beyond helpful tracking my calories and macros!!! I’m 42 do calisthenics I watch my calories and protein intake while making healthy food choices. Maybe a gym membership one day to increase muscle growth.
