43 years old. Most my life was partying and never caring what I ate or did. The last year or so I’ve been learning how to eat better and exercise. Down almost 20lbs while seeing muscle growth. I try to eat my gram per lb of body weight of protein and eat Whole Foods. I’ll keep learning and my fitness pal is a great asset. And the best app I’ve used for calorie and macro tracking.
