Helpful app

I’m new to this app. It is beyond helpful tracking my calories and macros!!! I’m 42 do calisthenics I watch my calories and protein intake while making healthy food choices. Maybe a gym membership one day to increase muscle growth.

    If you're looking to build muscles, the gym can help. There's also some good body weight exercises you can do at home now to get started.
