Fitbit is synced but why does my data not show on MFP?
I synced my Fitbit and confirmed it is synced but after workouts, the data is not showing up in MFP app. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled twice and still no luck. I’ve a Fitbit Charge 4.

How is it possible in starting my cut phase, I gained 2lb in a week
I’ve been maintaining for months. Lift weights 3x/week and cardio 2x/week. I’m coming back from a hip injury. Started cut phase and I’m weighing all my food. Yet somehow i gained 2lb in the first week. Any suggestions?

While in cut phase, should I consume calories originally suggested?
I’m post-menapausal 56 yr old female. Currently in cut phase consuming 1450 calories daily as the app suggested for losing weight. I exercise 5-6 days/week including cardio and strength training. The app suggests more calories based on how much exercise I do. Some days it’s near my caloric intake for maintaining weight.…

“Treat/Cheat” or no?
I like to take each Sunday and not measure, track or log food. I don’t think about what I eat. I just enjoy the day. I take a break. It seems to help motivate me all during the week and keep me on track to Sunday. Any opinions?
