Fitbit is synced but why does my data not show on MFP?

I synced my Fitbit and confirmed it is synced but after workouts, the data is not showing up in MFP app. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled twice and still no luck. I’ve a Fitbit Charge 4.

Specifically workouts? Fitbit sync is a bit particular: it does send over the calories, which are then included in your calorie adjustment. But it doesn't send over workouts separately, you won't see them separately in your diary.

Are you sure you've been active enough to earn an adjustment? If you don't surpass your MFP activity level, you won't get extra calories.

Is there a line in your diary called calorie adjustment? You can tap on that to see more info - tap on the line with the adjustment to get to the page where you can see if Fitbit sends over info to MFP.
