Hi. 5'6" & 127lb. Wanting to maintain. MFP reccomends 1700 cals a day but it's winter here and those hearty warming meal options are calorie dense. Ive just spent a week tracking & found out I'm averaging 2000 cals a day. What's Your go-to winter options?
