Hi all. Just introducing myself. I'm just hanging out in my fitness pal for a while, as it's a handy tool to help me recalibrate any portion distortion I drift into. My weight is starting to creep up and that's the 2nd time in my life (born a genetic bean pole). I gotta figure out where the excess calories are sneaking in, or the insuffient exercise is creating imbalance. Or if it's nothing to do with my food and it's just hormones.
I have a strong interest in health and nutrition & cooking so this is kinda fun for me to nerd out on data.
