One for the ladies on the app or anyone of knowledge.
I've been dieting since last month, im on about 1200 calories a day, sometimes i go over as we all do and. so far I've lost about 9lb. My question is regarding menstruation. I've had 3 periods in 6 weeks now and it's never come this regular. Does a diet effect your monthly cycle. Has anyone else experienced this.

Went over my calorie goal today ☹️
I've been dieting for just under a month or so now, I've been so strict with my habits and keeping at or below my 1200 calories a day but today I've gone over. I feel terrible. I know its not the end of the world and I will get bk on track tomorrow. Does anyone else feel terrible when they go over their limits.

Does motorcycle riding as pillion burn calories.
So me and my bf are off to scotland tomorrow to do the NC500 as we do each year. This year we're toying with taking the van instead but part of me still wants to take the motorbike. I've read online that you can loose calories when riding a motorcycle as its classed as exercise. I'm pillion (on the back) I'm not the rider.…

Can't find exact items to log.
Hi everyone. Sometimes I can't find the exact foods and amount I eat on the search. If this happens i Google the calories in the foods and then find the closest one on the app. Is this OK to do, or is there a way of putting it in manually. Thanks
