Hi everyone

Hi everyone. Im claire and im 38, Im new to this app so still getting used to it. Started my diet about 2.5 weeks ago. I'm on 1200 calories a day and I've already lost about 7lb. I log everything I eat and the tracker really does deter me from certain things when I'm craving. I havent had a biscuit with my morning coffee for over 2 weeks lol. I try not to eat after 7.30pm unless it's a Saturday when I eat a little later. I do get cravings for something sweet or carbs such as a fresh bit of bread with butter but I dont give in. I really hope everyone's journey is successful, stay healthy and take care 🙂
