Fitbit vs. TDEE and MFP
OK...so here's my question. I use a Fitbit and have it synced to MFP. My TDEE is 1824 and I have MFP set to 1770 calories per day. My Fitbit is set for a deficit of 500 calories a day. I know that my HRM is the most accurate way of calculating calories burned while running, but sometimes I wish it weren't so accurate! I have been having an issue that has kept me from exercising and may necessitate some outpatient surgery. During this time period when I cannot exercise, should I adjust my calories at all?
