Calculating calories from weight watchers (UK)
Hi, I've found a low fat receipe I want to try to cook tonight but it's a weight watchers pro points one and only tells me the points - does anyone know how to work out how many calories might be in the dish? Thanks!

Total surpise yesterday
Hi, Had great prrof that the MFP is really helping. Went to a wedding anniversary party yesterday - had picked out my outfit which was a bit tight when I first bought it but looked ok. Help I keep fluctuating
Hi, Does anyone have any tips to try and stop weight fluctuating. I seem to lose some weight and then, despite no change in diet I seem to gain 2 or 3 pounds! Can anyone help avoid this? Thanks!
