Hi,
I've found a low fat receipe I want to try to cook tonight but it's a weight watchers pro points one and only tells me the points - does anyone know how to work out how many calories might be in the dish?
Thanks!

add up the components in the recipe using calorie data widely available - post or link to the recipe and I'l have a go0 -
hiya,
Put the recipe into the recipe builder on here, and it will tell you.
(I was also told while doing WW that 1pp is approx 45 calories)
