an ENTIRE pint of "Ice Cream" for 150 Calories??!!
So, I tried this Ice Cream-Like treat last night... http://www.myarcticzero.com/ I had the Cookie Mint flavor and it really wasn't that bad! No fat, no dairy, and no artificial sweeteners. AND only 150 calories for the full pint! Has anyone else tried this stuff? How are the other flavors?

I've noticed that from my food log that I seem to be over my protein goal 20-40 points on nearly a daily basis. I don't really eat that much meat - I get most of my protein from eggs, dairy, and beans. When I do I have meat it's usually fish or chicken.
